Exploring Careers
Once you've taken all three tests,
the Professional Report
will show which careers you have matched up well with. You
can also review your relative level of match with every
career path we track (see the "show me all career paths" button on the Professional Report careers page).
When you are ready to zero in on a
career, we provide all the information you need in order to decide
whether or not you'll want to spend more time to investigate it
or not. Drawing on our collective
30+ years of experience in business career development, we outline
all major business career paths.
We discuss in detail:
- an overview on how the field works
(for example, the difference between public and internal accounting,
or between leveraged buy-out and venture capital specialists);
- the interests you will be able
to express in that field;
- the motivators you are likely
to be able to find available;
- the abilities needed for success;
- how well you match up with that
career (see a sample of this breakout report)
Putting it all
together will give you both a broad view of the career path, plus
a detailed picture of how you match up with it.
