The ordering process will be 2 steps: (1) we'll collect payment information from you; then, (2) you'll give us subscriber information so we can identify your recipient next.

All CareerLeader material is Copyright © 1997-1999 CareerLeader, LLP. If you are an authorized licensee, you may download one copy of CareerLeader to your computer, and you may transfer it to another computer so long as its used on only one computer at a time. You may make a paper copy of CareerLeader and you may use CareerLeader in paper or electronic format for your own personal purposes and not for providing services for others. You may not otherwise use, copy, transfer or distribute CareerLeader. You agree that CareerLeader is CareerLeader, LLP' proprietary product and that all right, title and interest in and toCareerLeader shall remain with CareerLeader, LLP. You have only purchased a limited right of use, revocable by CareerLeader, LLP if you violate the foregoing terms.
Costs and Payment
The fee for CareerLeader is as follows:
- Accees to CareerLeader for a length of 60 days is $75.
- Payment must be made using Visa or Mastercard credit card via online
payment, and remitting in US dollars. No other currency or form of payment will be accepted.
CareerLeader includes 3 inventories that you will take, the Business Career Interest Inventory, the Management and Professional Rewards Profile, and the Management and Professional Abilities Profile. As part of the standard fee, we allow you to take each inventory once during your 60 days of access. We allow additional scorings and will not charge for them only:
- if the inventory result tells you to take the inventory again (for example, if you did not answer a large number of questions), or
- if you accidentally submitted identical test results more than once.
We do not recommend nor see any need for you to take the inventories more than once. Therefore, any scorings of the inventories above and beyond the one per inventory allowed (excluding noted exceptions) will not be allowed.
Other Terms and Conditions
CareerLeader is not a clinical (psychological) assessment instrument and the results it provides are not a measure of psychological health. The use of CareerLeader
does not comprise a consultation with Timothy Butler or James Waldroop. CareerLeader is not designed to be used as an assessment instrument for hiring or promotion and should never be used as such.
CareerLeader, LLP (PP) is not responsible for any difficulties you may have in accessing the internet.
PP will provide reasonable technical support to purchasers of CareerLeader, but is not responsible for teaching purchasers how to use the internet or their web browsers. All technical support will be conducted via email.
PP is responsible for having all CareerLeader and related materials available online for the great majority of the time. If our service is offline and unavailable for more than 24 hours during your 60 day span, we will extend your length of access for an extra 3 days
for every 1 full day that we were unavailable and will notify you of this extension.
PP is offering tools to help you make yourself more aware of your own interests and motivations in the business world. We cannot be responsible for any career decisions you may make.
PP will retain your inventories results in order to add to our ongoing research efforts (and to keep on file in case you lose them). These results will be kept strictly confidential.
